Customers can browse products uploaded by registered sellers and weavers on our platform. Orders can be placed directly through the website using available payment or prebooking options. Once an order is confirmed, the respective seller processes and fulfills the order.
We aim to onboard trusted Sambalpuri weavers and retailers to promote authentic handloom products from Odisha. Product responsibility, availability, pricing, and fulfillment are managed by the respective seller or weaver listed on the platform.
Shipping and order fulfillment are handled through seller coordination and logistics partners such as Delhivery, Ekart, and other courier services depending on the delivery location and seller preference. After the final payment is completed and the seller successfully processes the order, customers may see a βTrackβ button inside their order section whenever tracking information is available.
Returns, exchanges, product concerns, and post-delivery support are handled directly by the respective seller or weaver from whom the product was purchased. Apparel Sambalpuri acts as a digital platform connecting customers and sellers, but return approval and exchange policies may vary from seller to seller.
