1. Eligibility for Returns
- Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items like customized orders, discounted products, and gift cards are not eligible for returns.
2. Return Process

- Once approved, you will receive instructions to send the product back to our return address.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or wrong product delivered.
3. Refunds
- Refunds will be initiated only after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- If approved, refunds will be credited to your original mode of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong/defective item).
4. Exchanges
- We offer product exchanges for size or product defects, subject to availability.
- If the requested product is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, report it within 48 hours of delivery.
- Please provide images or videos as proof for faster resolution.
- Exchanged/ damaged/ defective product will be delivered to you within 7 days.
