  • You confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or using the platform under legal supervision of a parent/guardian.
  • You agree to use the platform only for legitimate, lawful purchase and business purposes.
  • You agree not to misuse, copy, hack, manipulate, or disrupt the platform software layers or its underlying routing services.

* We reserve the right to suspend accounts involved in suspicious, abusive, or fraudulent activities.

🎨 3. Product Listings & Variations

  • Product stock availability depends entirely on the independent seller.
  • Slight variations in color, weaving pattern, or texture may occur due to handloom craftsmanship and screen settings.
  • Sellers are responsible for maintaining accurate product details, pricing, and inventory.
  • Apparel Sambalpuri does not manufacture every listed product directly unless specifically noted.

To confirm an order, customers are required to pay a partial advance booking amount (currently β‚Ή230) through our secure payment gateway. The remaining amount is generally paid directly to the respective seller/weaver by the customer as per the seller’s preferred payment method.

Customers are strongly advised to contact the seller/weaver via WhatsApp before ordering to clarify:

  • All prices are displayed in INR (Indian Rupees). Taxes are included unless stated otherwise.
  • The advance booking amount is collected through our gateway framework. Remaining balances happen directly between customer and seller.
  • Apparel Sambalpuri is not responsible for settlement latency caused by banks, UPI nodes, or third-party gateways.

🚚 6. Processing & Shipping

  • Sellers/weavers prepare the order upon configuration approval. Shipping operations may be coordinated via our integrated cargo partners.
  • Tracking links deploy inside the customer order page panel upon tracking generation updates.
  • Delivery timelines vary based on location parameters, carrier volume bottlenecks, festivals, and climate situations.

❌ 7. Cancellation, Refund & Return Policy

A. Seller-Side Inability to Process

If a seller is unable to process due to inventory shortages, product damage, or operational issues, the customer’s β‚Ή230 pre-booking amount will be processed for a refund, where a maximum of β‚Ή5 may be deducted for gateway terminal costs and the rest will be refunded.

B. Customer Cancellation (Before Shipping)

If cancelled before shipping operations begin, a β‚Ή80 operational charge will be deducted and the remaining balance refunded.

C. Customer Cancellation (After Shipping Starts)

Cancellation relies on carrier status. If successfully halted post-initiation, the full β‚Ή230 booking amount is deducted as operational mitigation.

D. Returns & Exchanges

All post-delivery disputes, exchanges, and return configurations are negotiated directly with the fulfilling weaver. Apparel Sambalpuri does not independently guarantee returns or replacements.

E. Damaged / Defective Shipments

Damaged package drops must be logged directly with the seller immediately. Supporting photo/video proofs are required to initiate merchant review validation.

The platform provides automated communication links to facilitate direct artisan contact. Customers are encouraged to verify item parameters, custom measurements, and structural pricing variables prior to completing checkout.
