Most products on our platform are listed and fulfilled by independent sellers or weavers. Here is how our booking engine works:

Pay a secure pre-booking amount of βΉ230 via our gateway to secure the request.

Step 2: Direct Settlement
The remaining product balance is settled directly with the respective weaver/seller.
π‘ For better order clarity, customers are strongly advised to contact the seller or weaver before placing an order. The sellerβs WhatsApp contact option may be available:
- On the product page directly through the integrated WhatsApp icon.
- Inside your personal dashboard order section after tapping the βViewβ option for the respective order.
π¬ 2. Seller Communication Recommendation
Direct communication with the seller helps avoid order misunderstandings and inventory-related issues. Before placing an order, customers are encouraged to:

If a seller or weaver becomes unable to process the order due to any of the following operational triggers:

β 4. Order Cancellation Policy
A. Before Delivery Processing
If a customer cancels the order before shipping or delivery logistics operations begin:
- βΉ80 operational/processing charges will be deducted.
- Remaining eligible amount will be automatically refunded.
B. After Logistics/Shipping Starts
Once delivery operations have been initiated, cancellation is dependent on shipment status and seller approval:
- βΉ230 full prebooking/operational amount will be deducted.
- Remaining eligible balance may be evaluated and refunded.

Returns, exchanges, replacement approvals, and product-related resolutions are handled directly by the respective seller or weaver who shipped the item.
β οΈ Since products are fulfilled independently by sellers:
- Return eligibility metrics vary based on specific seller shop templates.
- Exchange availability depends directly on localized weaver inventory tiers.
- Customized or specially arranged products may not be eligible for return protocols.
Customers are advised to directly communicate with the respective seller regarding:

If a customer receives a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, it should be reported to the respective seller or weaver as soon as possible with proper photo/video unboxing proof.
Resolution timelines may vary depending on individual seller response and localized logistics conditions.

Sambalpuri Private Limited primarily acts as:
- A digital marketplace core framework.
- A structural seller enablement ecosystem.
- An operational business infrastructure provider.
Product fulfillment, stock management, exchanges, and commitments are owned entirely by the listed weavers.
